Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! All new users receive 2 free credits upon registration. This allows you to experience our AI dance video generation service before choosing a subscription plan.

How are credits calculated within the app?

Credits depend on the videos resolution: 1K videos cost 2 credits, 2K videos cost 4 credits, and 4K videos cost 8 credits.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit card payments only through our secure payment processor.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans for multiple users?

Not at the moment. We currently offer individual plans only. If you have team or enterprise needs, please contact us and we'll work out a solution for you.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Can I use the generated dance videos commercially?

Yes, all dance videos generated through our platform can be used for commercial purposes. All AI-generated dance videos include SynthID watermarks and C2PA Content Credentials for transparency.

Will my unused credits roll over to the next month?

Yes! All credits are permanent and never expire as long as your subscription is active.

Can I change my plan later?

Plan switching is not supported at this time. You can cancel your current subscription and subscribe to a different plan when the current billing period ends.

Will I get more credits if I buy additional credit packs as a subscriber?

Yes, subscribers can purchase additional credit packs at discounted rates. Credits from packs stack with your subscription credits.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available within 24 hours of your subscription start date, provided that you have used less than 10% of your monthly allocated credits.
